How we reward your work
27% of the company’s total monthly bonus fund. (22% by default and the Expansion Fund is 5%. Requirements for the latter are listed in the career levels section.) The difference bonus is paid based on the difference between your career level and the career levels in your sub-network. If a member of your sub-network qualifies to your level, no bonus will be generated for you from the month of his/her qualification. Except if the employee does not fulfill his/her 200 individual PV for that month. In this case, you will still receive the difference bonus after said member’s sub-network. To receive the difference bonus, the basic requirement is 200 individual points in each month.
On levels 2, 3, 4, 5 you need to qualify for the difference bonus every month! The requirements are the same as for qualifying to your career level. The difference bonus is paid at the level to which you have qualified in that month, up to your own level. All qualifications have the minimum requirement of 200 individual points in that month.
Network Development Bonus
Biocom uses 14% of its total monthly bonus fund for the network development bonus is. This amount will be fully distributed between qualified NM and ND level members. Qualified NM or ND level members receive bonus points after NM or ND branches below them. The bonus points for a given NM can be calculated by multiplying the points (PV) obtained by qualified HV branches in the sub-network by the percentage corresponding to that generation. (See the table below.)
14% of the company’s total monthly turnover is divided by the sum of the bonus points earned by Network Managers and Network Directors, and then multiplied by the number of bonus points earned by each Network Manager (and Director).
Network Manager Fund
The company spends 4% of its total monthly bonus fund on this. The Network Manager Bonus Fund will benefit all NM and ND qualified members in that month, as well as those who have reached career level 6, if they have 4000 uncovered PV.
When dividing the fund:
Qualified NM level members get:
– One share, it there were no new registrations in their “uncovered” group
– Two share, if there was at least one new registration in their “uncovered” group
Leaders on higher levels can receive multiple shares of this bonus, if they meet the condition above.
If the condition is not met:
– qualified Gold and Emerald grade NMs receive two shares,
– qualified Diamond grade NMs and Network Directors receive three shares,
– qualified Silver and Gold grade NDs receive four shares,
– qualified Emerald and Diamond grade NDs receive five shares from the fund.
If the condition is met:
– qualified Gold and Emerald grade NMs receive four shares,
– qualified Diamond grade NMs and Network Directors receive six shares,
– qualified Silver and Gold grade NDs receive eight shares,
– qualified Emerald and Diamond grade NDs receive ten shares from the fund.
The value of a part may change monthly depending on the company’s turnover and the number of recipients.
Branch Leadership Bonus
As of October 1, 2013, a Branch Manager who has reached 500,000 monthly PV (regardless of career level) will no longer need the 200 individual points, and the 4000 uncovered group points to qualify from next month. In addition, ha/she will automatically receive the number of shares of the Network Manager Fund appropriate to their rank. (But you will only get the +1% difference and double share of the NM fund if you have at least one new direct registration in your group.)
From the Silver ND level, Biocom pays an amount equivalent to your monthly PV as a “Car Bonus” which can be used to purchase or finance a car. If your sub-network includes a member who is eligible for this bonus based on his/her own PV, that member’s PV will be subtracted from yours.
