Career levels

This is how you can advance as a member of Biocom!

Every member can purchase products at a discount corresponding to their career level.

Level 1: a newly registered member
On level 1 every member is entitled purchase products at a reduced price and sell them on the “consumer price” indicated on the price lists. They can invite new people to Biocom. After registration they will become part of the inviting member’s sub-network.

If the level 1 member has at least one new registered person directly connected to him/her in a given month, he/she will receive the Expansion Fund (up to three months after joining), which will always depend on the company’s current monthly turnover, the number of new registrations and the points they generate. 

Level 2: to qualify for level 2, 200 individual points are needed in the month of qualification
On level 2 members can purchase products at a discount corresponding to their career level. They receive Difference Bonus after the purchases of their sub-network, if they have the required 200 individual PV.

The discount rate increases by an additional 1% if the member has introduced at least one new person directly in the given month. If this condition is met, you will also be eligible for the Expansion Fund (up to three months after entry), which will always depend on the company’s current monthly turnover, the number of new registrations, and the points they generate.

Level 3: to qualify for level 3, 500 (individual+group) points are needed in the month of qualification. The individual points need to be at least 200.
On level 3 members can purchase products at a discount corresponding to their career level. They receive Difference Bonus after the purchases of their sub-network, if they have the required 200 individual PV.

Level 6: to qualify for level 6, 4000 (individual+group) points are needed in the month of qualification. The individual points need to be at least 200. Re-qualification for level 6 requires 4000 uncovered points
After the month, in which the member has reached level 6, he/she can purchase products at a discount corresponding to their career level. They receive Difference Bonus after the purchases of their sub-network, if they have the required 200 individual PV.

If a Level 6 member fails to meet the 4000 uncovered points requirement the following month, he/she will be returned to career Level 5. In case this requirement is met (4000 uncovered points) in the following two months, the member will be promoted to Network Manager (NM).
The discount rate increases by an additional 1% if the member has introduced at least one new person directly in the given month. The total is 23%. If this condition is met, you will also be eligible for the Expansion Fund (up to three months after entry), which will always depend on the company’s current monthly turnover, the number of new registrations, and the points they generate.

 

* in every month on level 2, 3, 4, 5, qualification is required to receive the Difference Bonus. These are the same as the career level limits. The Difference Bonus can be received on the level to which the member qualifies in a given month, but not higher than the members own level. The main requirement to receive a bonus is 200 individual PV.
* * The discount rate increases by an additional 1% if the member has introduced at least one new person directly in the given month.

Network Manager (NM): to qualify for NM level, 4000 (individual+group) uncovered points are needed for three months in in a row in the month of qualification. Members receive 22% discount after their own purchases and Difference Bonus after the purchases of their sub-network, if they have the required 200 individual PV.

The discount rate increases by an additional 1% if the member has introduced at least one new person directly in the given month. The total is 23%. If this condition is met, you will also be eligible for the Expansion Fund (up to three months after entry), which will always depend on the company’s current monthly turnover, the number of new registrations, and the points they generate.

The difference bonus will be paid according to
• NM level if the member is a qualified NM in that month
• Level 5 if the member is not a qualified NM in the month

After reaching NM level, members will receive a share of the Network Management Fund if they fulfill the necessary conditions.
After reaching NM level, members will receive a share of the Network Development Bonus if they fulfill the necessary conditions.

In order to maintain the NM level, our members must reach the qualified NM level for at least 6 months out of 12 consecutive months, which is, 4,000 uncovered PV. If this condition is not met, the member in question will automatically be downgraded to career level 5. A Network Manager who fails to meet the NM level at any time for three consecutive months after he/she qualified, will be downgraded to Career Level 5.

Further career levels:
Silver Grade NM Level: Requires 2 First Generation qualified NMs
Gold Grade NM Level: Requires 4 First Generation qualified NMs
Emerald Grade NM Level: Requires 6 First Generation qualified NMs
Diamond Grade NM Level: Requires 6 First Generation qualified NMs, including 2 branches with a minimum turnover of 15,000 PV
Network Director (ND): Requires 8 first generation qualified NMs, including 2 branches with a minimum turnover of 20,000 PV
Silver Grade ND: Requires 8 first generation qualified NMs with at least 3 branches generating 20,000 PV
Gold grade ND: Requires 10 first generation qualified NMs, of which at least 4 branches generating 20,000 PV
Emerald grade ND: Requires 12 first generation qualified NMs, of which at least 6 branches generating 20,000 PV
Diamond Grade ND: Requires 14 first generation qualified NMs, of which at least 8 branches generating 20,000 PV
